We have been meeting the gang (Anna Carol "Sissy"/Mason, Erin/Mary Elizabeth, Ashley/Davis, Laura/Megan, Molly/Sydney and Carson) for lunch and/or play dates this summer. The first week was US Pizza, then the Zoo/Burges, then the playground/Jason's Deli. Here are pics from the Zoo. I am so glad that I have this group of friends! They are my lifesaver at moments!

Weekend in Texarkana

We went to Texarkana a couple of weekends ago to see all the family that hadn't met Carter yet. We went down early on Friday afternoon so we could eat at Nanya and Goober's new restaurant. It was very good. It's called Roo's Bistro if anyone is down there and looking for somewhere to eat. After lunch and a nap Papa and MawMaw Sangalli came over and MawMaw held Carter while Papa and Daddy went fishing with Will. I think they caught more turtles than fish! Saturday Daddy and Goober played golf and Nanya and Wendi watched the boys while I did a little shopping. Then after naps we got in the pool. Will had the best time and was SO brave! He was jumping in all by himself and swimming the length of the pool! Papa and Nanny Brimer came over and Papa gave Will "lessons" with his new golf clubs! Sat. night the family came over for BBQ! The boys always play poker and let Will join in this time! He was calling it "tokens" because of the poker chips. Sunday we all went over to Papa and MawMaw's for lunch. What a great weekend and the boys were spoiled rotten as always!

Newborn Photo Shoot

We did Carter's newborn photo shoot a couple of weeks ago and let me say it was a chore with 2! We did the first one, yes I said first one, the week after he was born. He was NOT in the mood. He was hungry the whole time, peed on Shane TWICE and pooped one me once! Christy was SO patient with us, finally she and I looked at eachother and at the same time said "Can we reschedule?". So the next week we went back for take #2. This time was better for Carter, but Will didn't want to coorperate. Christy's little girl was there and he wanted to play and watch movies with her! Eventhough we had difficulties Christy got several great shots! I don't know how that girl does it, but she has magic! So this shot was one of the last and by far my favorite! I so happy to say that there will be a girl in the Sangalli/Thomas family. John and Jessie found out that thier baby is a SHE! I'm so ready to buy all the cute little smocked dresses and bows that I have been eyeing for years! So get ready Miss Jayleigh (Is that the right spelling Jessie?) Aunt Kerri will spoil you rotten!

Father's Day 2008

Happy Father's Day Daddy! This year for Father's Day Nana and Papa came over for lunch. We had steaks! yummy! The boys got daddy a iPod boom box and a grill light that he's really been wanting. I also want say that Shane is the best daddy I would have ever wanted or prayed for my babies! He is loving, playful, kind, understanding, helpful, supporting, and a great role model to my boys and I am so thankful to have him in our lives. It's the best feeling in the world to see my baby's eyes light up when their daddy walks in the door. On a personal note, I am so grateful that he works so hard to allow me to stay home with the boys, thank you. I know I don't tell you that enough, so thank you! I also want to say Happy Father's Day to Papa G or my daddy- we love you and I am so thankful you are my daddy- to Big Da/Goober, Papa Sangalli, and Papa Brimer. We love you all!

Mommy turned 30!

Yes, I am now 30! I thought turning 30 would be harder that it was but it's not! My dear sweet hubby planned a birthday bash with the help of my dear girl friends! My birthday was the 30th of May but with the arrival of Mr. Carter they moved the party to the weekend after. It was at my best friend's home and the girls out did thierselves with the decor and Shane out did himself with the food, along with Jarrod, David H, and David B. He stayed up all night smoking the meat (pork sholder and ribs) and made homemade ice cream, thanks babe! My hubby got me a Pandora braclet, my boys got me a new camera, and my dear friends and family got me other great goodies! We had so much fun at the party! Thanks to everyone who came and made my 30th the best I could have asked for!

Today is Carter's 1 week birthday. I can't believe he is already 1 week old! Shane was saying the other day that he couldn't wait until he was older, but then took it back saying that this first year will fly by! I agree. It seems like yesterday that Shane put him in my arms for the first time. I just look at him sometimes and think "Kerri, soak this in, memorize everything about him, this will go by way too fast!". Happy 1 week Birthday Carter! I love you so much!

Carter's First Doctors Visit

We took you to Dr. Rose on Tuesday morning. He wanted to weigh you since mommy is breastfeeding. He said you were perfect! We told him we knew that! He said you looked great and that mommy was doing a good job, so we don't have to see him again for a month.

Since mommy and daddy had to be at the hospital so early and your grandparents we there too, Lauren was a SAINT and came to the house at 5am, stayed with you till you got up, got you ready for school and took you. Thank you so much! Jessie and John came and picked you up, took you to get lunch, and then took you home. You loved school this year. You talked about your friends and teachers all the time.

Carter's Birthday Story

Since this is really the boys’ scrapbook/ baby book I wanted to write this down so I wouldn't forget. It all started Tuesday when we went to the Dr. to see the progress on this little guy. Will went with us. We kept telling him that we were going to the Dr. to hear baby Carter's heart and to talk to the Dr. about baby Carter. She measured me (which Will thought was cool, cause she used a tape measure. He is really into Handy Manny these days.) and then we got to listen to the heartbeat. Will loved this too! He listened real close and then said "It sounds like a choo choo train Mommy!", so cute! Then she told me that he had dropped even more than the week before and that I was dilated to a 2-3cm. She said she thought it was time to induce and get Carter here. Will said "Get baby Carter out of Mommy's tummy?", so sweet! So after talking with the hospital we were scheduled for an induction for Thursday morning. Thursday morning my dear friend Lauren came over to stay with Will, get him up and get him to school. It was his last day and I didn't want him to miss it and the pizza party they were having. Thank you so much Lauren, I could never repay you for being so good to us! Thank you to Jessie and John who drove in to pick Will up at school, take him to lunch, put him down for his nap, and then bring him up to the hospital to be with us right before Carter was born. You guys mean the world to us and we know you will great parents of your own in just a few months! At 5:45am we were off to the hospital. After checking in, doing paper work, and getting the Pitocen drip started, we were ready for this little one to come. I felt really good all early morning, just little contractions that I'd had for the last 2 weeks or so. Mom was the first one to get there, she brought Shane breakfast! Dad and Rhonda were the next two to get there. Around 10:30am I started having really good contractions (the kind that make you stop talking and concentrate on the pain), so I asked for my Epidural. Let me say that the Dr rocks! She was so good, even while I having contractions while she was inserting the needle! So good that I didn't have to hit "the button" but a few times! I felt GREAT afterwards! Lauren, Anna Carol, and baby Mason got there after lunch. We were all making guesses on what time he would get here, how much he would weigh, and how long he would be, but after 3pm or so, I was thinking that this was going to be a LONG day. About 4pm I was feeling some pressure, so my nurse checked and I was a 7-8cm. Right after that I called her back in to see about getting a "Bola" shot, before she could even get in the room Dr. Hubach came in and I told her about the pressure and wanting the shot, she checked me and I was at 10cm! She said it was time to get this baby out! I pushed 5 times and Carter was here (I know, I know, I'm sorry girls!!). After Carter was cleaned, checked, and ok, everyone came and we had a party! My dear friends once again showed me how much they love me by going and getting Shane and I dinner from Chili's. I was starving since I hadn't eaten since 11pm the night before! I want to thank my sweet husband, my family, my Dr.-she is the BEST!, my nurses-Holly and Brandy- they were WONDERFUL, everyone that was there waiting with me, and those that came by to see me afterwards. You all made this day one of the best in my life! And to you Carter Jackson, you are more wonderful than I could have ever imagined. You fit into this little family perfectly! I love you baby!

Mother's Day 2008

I had a great Mother's Day this year! The Thursday before you had a Mother's Day Tea at school. It was too sweet. We had muffins and tea. You made me the sweetest card, paper flower and tea towel that had you handprints made into a little catpiller. SO CUTE! Saturday night we went out to Nana and Papa's for dinner. Uncle Kurt and Aunt Jessica had come into town for the weekend. Then on Sunday you and Daddy cooked me pancakes for breakfast! I was so cute listening to the two of you cook while I was "sleeping" in bed. You had so much fun. After church we, along with Kurt and Jessica, took Nana to Pei Wei for lunch. You gave Nana you gift (you had painted her a really cute trivit at the paint your own pottery). When we got home you and Daddy gave me my gifts. You got me a digital frame (you LOVE them!), and Daddy got me a peticure and maniture. You boys are VERY thoughtful! Daddy left me relax all afternoon! Then after your nap we went to play putt putt golf and had a dinner of catfish! You and Daddy made my day fun and sweet! I LOVE my boys!

Carter's Baby Shower/BBQ

The Parrishs along with the Dees and Huckabees hosted a wonderful couples BBQ in Carter's honor. We had a BLAST! The weather was goreous, the food was fantasic and the company was great! We had burgers and dogs, potato salad, bbq beans, cupcakes and Anna Carol made homemade banana pudding! YUMMY!!! We were also spoiled with gifts and the girls even painted Carter's name on wooden letters for his room! I didn't take ANY pics! I'm SO mad at myself!!! But here is a pic of all the wonderful gifts we were showered with! Thank you to all that came, it means so much to me to have such wonderful friends!

You also had a Easter Party at MDO. You all had the cutest little bunny ears that none of you wanted to wear! During April, the girls (Erin, Anna Carol, Lauren and I) decided we would that the kidos to Wye Mountain and Garven Gardens to get "great" Easter/Spring pictures. Lets just say I know why the professionals get paid what they do! At Wye Mt. I had to chase Will out of the woods, bribe him, threaten him and still only got 1 or 2 good shoots out of about 100! Garven Gardens was a little better but not much! My child will only be to photogenic for Mrs. Christy! Oh well!

Easter 2008

The weekend before we went to Texarkana for Easter Nana came over and we dyed easter eggs and the n we had a "hunt" in the backyard. You loved both! The stickers were your fav. part of dying and the money was your fav. part of hunting. Easter weekend we headed to Texarkana. We got to go eat yummy catfish on Friday night. Which is on of your favorite foods now. Sat. morning we went to Nanya and Big Da's church for a Easter Egg Hunt. You hunted eggs for about 5 minutes then wanted to play on the playground and the "Big Kid" playground might I add. You loved the thing! It made mommy nervous cause it was SOOO high but you are my little fearless boy! When we got home we dyed eggs with Nanya. You really were getting the hang on it then. That afternoon we got to go look at Nanya and Big Da's new restaurant Roo's. It is very nice. Later that night we had steaks and potatoes! Yummy! Sunday morning the Easter Bunny left you a basket of goodies and then we went to church. After church we went over to MawMaw and Papa Sangalli's for a huge family lunch! We had a great weekend!

Beside Baby Mason's arrival, and snow we did lots of other things in March. You "frogsat" Lauren and Huck's water frogs. You loved it! They are the best "first" pet for kids. You feed them everyother day and don't have to worry about changing thier water and cleaning thier little tank. We might have to get some! We enjoyed the park lots, and even saw everyone "The mommy gang" while they were on Spring Break!

Snow in March?!?!

Sounds funny doesn't it. Snow in March. But that's what happened the first week of March. You loved it, Daddy did too and Mommy took lots of pics. You even got to "skip" school one day cause Daddy wanted you to play in it with him. The weather was CRAZY! Snow one day, flowers starting to bloom the next and then snow again! You can see my tulips trying to bloom behind Will in one of the pics, too bad they didn't bloom after that!

Baby Mason is here!

Mason Sloane Parrish came into the world March 6 at 2:28am weighing in at 8 lbs 3 oz and 22 inches long. Mommy was GREAT! She had a tough road but was a trooper! Daddy was her rock and the rest of us were nervous wreaks! Mason is perfect in every way shape and form! We love you all and are so excited for you! You both will make wonderful parents and Mason is lucky to have you! Congrats Jarrod and Anna Carol!

It was so nice outside the other day that we went to the neighborhood park. You got to feed the ducks! You loved it! You ran around like a BOY and picked up sticks and rocks! You had a little v-day party at MDO today. Daddy went with you while mommy had to go to the DR. for baby Carter. Daddy said you had a blast, got lots of valentine's, and ate 4 pieces of cheese! You even made mommy a sweet little card (I cried when I read it!) and shared your candy with me! After your nap, we gave you your v-day present. You loved it! Nana came by last night to give you a bunch of mickey stuff from her and Papa. You LOVE mickey right now! And thanks to all that sent him a v-day card- it was very sweet of you! Sorry we're having tech problems loading the DVD of the sonagram to the web (my dad's working on it). Since we can't show you we'll just tell you. It's a boy! Yes that's right I'm going to be the mom of 2 boys! Shane is loving it (he says we're working on his football team!) and to tell you the truth I had a gut feeling he was going to be a boy. I'll let you know about the video and pics of the sonagram (maybe Shane can scan the pics in for me). Wish me luck, maybe I'll learn more about sports this way!

We found out if you are going to have a baby brother/sister the other day. Watch the video to see if you can tell. It measured June 2, but Dr. Hubach said that was normal, so we'll keep May 29 as the due date. We also have decided on names. If it's a boy, Carter Jackson, and if it's a girl, Emma-Leigh. Your Nana, Big Da and Nanya were all there. Papa wasn't cause he's been spending alot of time in OKC with GU. :( Everything looked good and it looks like he/she is doing just fine. Mommy can feel her/him all the time now and you are starting to get the whole concept of a baby in mommy's tummy.

Christmas 2007 (part 5-Oklahoma)

The weekend after Christmas we headed to OKC to see the Williamson's and Underwood's. We had a great time and you loved seeing your 2nd cousins. You played so hard with them. It was CRAZY with 5 little ones!
But we had a little scare with your grandmother Underwood. She had to rushed to the hospital Christmas day due to a heart attack, then spent the next week and a half in the hospital due to pneumonia, then under went a 4-bypass heart surgery. She is doing good, still in the hospital in rehab, but doing good. So we had Christmas in the hospital with her. She loved seeing you and she made sure that everyone knew you were her great grand baby! Get well GU and we'll see you soon! We love you!

Christmas 2007 (Part 4-Texarkana)

Christmas 2007 (Part 3-Chrsitmas Morning)

We had Christmas morning at home this year. Nana and Papa stayed with us. Mommy and Daddy had to wake you up (you didn't go to bed till late the night before) to tell you that Santa had come. You ran down the hall and stoped when you got to the living room when you saw the wooden train set he brought you. It was too cute! I wish I had a picture of it! You ran to it and started playing. Santa also brought you a pair of Mickey Mouse crocs, a Mickey, Cars the movie, and a couple of small matchbox cars. You must have been a very good boy this year! Daddy cooked us a yummy breakfast and then we headed to Texarkana for Christmas with the Sangalli's.

Christmas 2007 (Part 2- Christmas Eve)

This year for Christmas Eve, we went to the Christmas Eve service at church and then came home for dinner with Nana and Papa G. The service was great and dinner was wonderful! Nana and Papa G stayed the night with us this year! After dinner we opened presents. you got SO much! Then you, Daddy and Papa put out reindeer food and you and I put out cookies for Santa! I have always loved Christmas time, but this year was the best! You make what Christmas is all about!

We would like to welcome Mary Elizabeth to our "family"! Our great friends Erin and Drew had thier little girl Dec. 21 @ 5:12am. She weighed 7 lbs. 3 ozs. and was 20 1/2 inches long. She is prefect! You loved seeing her and wanted to hold her, even though mommy wouldn't let you. She is doing good at home and mommy and daddy are adjusting well. Breakfast with Santa

We had Granny and Papa Brimer and Becky, Todd and Sara Tiffin over for dinner since The Brimers were spending Christmas with The Tiffins. We had a great time. Dinner was great! Thanksgiving 2007

We spent Thanksgiving in Oklahoma this year with the Williamson/Underwood families. Nana and Papa wanted you to ride with them, so mommy and daddy actually got to have kid free converstaions and we took our time getting over there. On thrus. got up early to watch the Macy's parade (you watched it for 10 minutes and then didn't like some of the balloons) then we had lunch at Granny Williamson's. The food was great (thanks girls)! After we ate till we couldn't anymore the kids (big and small) went outside to play in the leaves, while us girls got to talk and enjoy eachother. You loved playing with your cousins! On Fri. your crazy Papa and Uncle Kurt got up at 4am to hit the sales, while we slept. The reat of us got up and headed out about 8am. After shopping, we went back to Granny's to watch the HOGS play ball. WOW- What a game!!!! After a long nap, we headed downtown to go to the Bass Pro Shop and eat dinner. You loved seeing all the animals and fish in Bass Pro. We ate at Abuelo's (wish we had one in LR!). Sat. we took Grandmother Underwood out to breakfst/lunch for her birthday. You wanted grill cheese until you saw your papa's pancakes (which he shared with you). After lunch Kristi brought the kids over to play and then we headed to see our friends the Lees. These are mommy and daddy's friends that moved to OKC last year. The big boys watched football, the little boys played (Preston taught you to play XBOX), the girls talked. It was great to see them, we miss them so much! Later that night we met up with Michael, Juile and Alec at Clebration City (kind of like a Chuck E Cheese for bigger kids). The boys (big and small) loved playing the video games. You kept running up to daddy asking him for "more moneies" (tokens for games). After you boys spent all your "moneies" we went to dinner. Sun. morning we got up and headed home. We had a great trip and it was great seeing everyone!
We are so blessed and there is so much to be thankful for this year~
Our wonderful son Will, our health, a wonderful place to call home, me being able to stay home and be a mommy, Shane's love for his job, great friends, a loving family and a new little life that will be here around the end of May. Yes, you read that right. I'm pregnant. I'm around 14 weeks and feeling fine. We been to the dr. a couple of times and she says everything is good, there's only one (thank the Lord), and he/she should be here around May 29th or so. It is starting to sink in a little more each day I was stocked a first, but I guess the good Lord has plans for us that sometimes we didn't plan our selves. Please pray for our new addition to our little family and for me. I don't know how I'm going to be a mom to 2!

ps- I will try to get pics of OKC. I took my camera but didn't take one shot, and dad only took a couple with his (not like him!).

We started the day with a party at Mother's Day Out, then went to a festival at our neighborhood church, then did sone trick or treating with Sissy, DoeDoe and Zoey around the block, and ended our night at a party at the Harry's. You loved trick or treating, but loved to hand out the candy to the other kids more. It was too cute. You were the cutest little pirate I've ever seen!

Race for the Cure

You and Daddy joined me this year of the Race for the Cure. We did the Family 2K Walk. You weren't happy about being up so early, but you warmed up. You loved testig out Baby Parrish's new jogging stroller. After the race we met Sissy, DoeDoe, Huck, and Lauren (LaLa) for breakfast at IHOP. mmmm!

Pumpkin Patch and Pumpkin Carving

We went to a pumpkin patch in Mayflower this year with Huck and LaLa. You had a blast! You rode on a hayride out to the pumpkin patch to pick your own pumpkin, rode on a tractor choo choo thru the corn maze, played in the hay tunnels, and fed the live chickens! Mommy and LaLa got some other pumpkins and gords at the "store" too. We had a great day! We won't talk about the "other" pumpkin patch we stoped by! LOL!
When we got home you and Daddy (mostly Daddy) carved your pumpkin! You didn't want anything to do with the insides! But loved it after it was done!

Fair Time!

While we were in Teaxarkana a couple of weeks ago we went to the fair w/ Nanya, Big Daddy (or Goober), Wendi, John and Jessie. You loved it. First we headed to the children's petting area, you LOVED seeing the anaimals and being able to feed them. We even rode some rides (Thanks to Wendi and Jessie).

We went to the state fair this year with Sissy and DoeDoe. You had a blast! We ate corndogs, gyros, potato curls and had ice cream. You LOVED the 4-H animal area and the Children's petting area. You would make the noises of the animals that you knew. It was too cute. We then headed off to ride a few rides. You told us which ones you wanted to ride and which ones you didn't. I think you had fun!

First Day of "School"

Last week was your first day of Mother's Day Out. You did SO good! I walked you in and the teacher asked if you wanted to come play, you left my side without looking back and then teacher had to wave bye to me so I would leave. That made my heart a little sad! When I picked you up she said you did great, and now you want to stay when I come to get you. Yesterday you started throwing a fit when it was time to go home. This is good for you and it really helps mommy get erands done. I think it will be good for both of us. You go twice a week on Tues. and Thrus. I really like the place we have choosen. They seem to be structured in thier actives and they are very strong about being a christian atmosphere.

Will, this is you 3rd season to go to the Razorback football games (the 1st one he was in my tummy, but it still counts!). This year we got you your own seat. You love to tailgate, the game or "football", the noise, the band, the cheerleaders, the mascots or "Razorbacks", and of course the hot dogs and popcorn! You did so good the last couple of games. Your daddy has taught you to call the hogs and say "GO HOGS", it's too cute! I don't know if we'll go to the LR games (our seats are tight there), but we will tailgate.

I have to tell the truth, I'm a little sad this morning. I've just realized a good friend of mine is really moving. We have become great friends and she is one of my lunch buddies and fellow stay at home moms. We would get together if not every week, every other for lunch or play time with the kidos. She and her husband had a great opportunity with his carrer and she is moving to where all my extened family lives, but I will still miss her more than she will ever realize. Don't get me wrong I am so happy for her and can't wait to see what this new chapter will bring her, but moves always make me sad. I know I can call her, e-mail her, visit her, but she won't be here and that stinks! So I can't say good bye, that's too permentant! I'll say until I see you again~ We love you and I will come to see you!

Shirts- 24 months or 2T, Pants- 18 months, and size 4 diapers.

Sleeping:
You sleep all night. I don't know if I told everyone, but a couple of weeks ago we converted your crib into the toddler bed. You are so big, when we tell you it's night night time, you go get your book and climb into your bed all by yourself.

You are saying part/full sentiences. You can ask part/full questions too. You will count to 10 with help in both english and spanish. Mommy is also teaching you a couple of spanish words too. You are all over the place and you love to run! We haven't played much outside this month (too hot), but have been spending ALOT of time at the pool at the club. You LOVE to swim. You are now swimming with swimmies on your arms!

Toys:
You are very into trucks and trains "choo choos".

Eating/Food:
You are into pb&j sandwiches, cheerios, vanilla waffers "crackers", and chips and dip.

Clothes/Diapers:
Same size cloths, but we have moved up to size 4 diapers.

Sleeping:
You sleep very well at night now. You have been waking up a few nights this past week, so we put a night light in your room and that has seemed to help.

Illnesses:
We went back to Dr. Kaga (allergist) this past week. She put you on a daily nasal spray. So we take that once a day along with Singular and Zertec. She said if that didn't help with the runny noise we were going to add Allegra too. I aked her when we could consider shots and she said not till kindergarden. She said we would do another allergy test next year. She was still worried about the severe allergy to cats! I really hope you grow out of these allergies one day!

Wednesday was Daddy's 30th birthday. Last Sat. "the boys" surprisd him by taking him to Diamond Bear Brewery for a tour/tasting and then to Vino's for dinner, then the all the girls and you met them for the Twister's football game. Wed. he spent to whole day playing golf with Papa and Big Daddy, then we had a steak dinner with Papa, Nana, Big Daddy, Nanya/Grammy, Sissy, DoeDoe, Ash, and Mike at home. Tonight we are taking him out to Cajun's for dinner. He loved he's present you gave him (a new wallet) and the one mommy and papa gave him (a new tool chest for the garage). Happy Birthday Daddy!

Last Sat. we went to Kaitlin's 2nd Birthday party. It was a swim party. You jumped on the steps and went in the pool like you've done it everyday of your life. You were wearing daddy out pretty good cause you wanted to swim all by yourself. Daddy found a couple of swimmies and put them on you and let go. YOU SWAM! You were ALL over that pool, in the shallow end, in the deep end, all over (Daddy was right beside you all the while!). You even went down the slide by YOURSELF and jumped (with mommy's help) off the diving board! Mommy went and got your own swimmies this week for the pool at the club. You are going to be our little fish! All your little friend from small group were there (Dylan, Anna, and Audrey). We had a grat time with our friends!

We had a great 4th this year. We had everyone over to our house for a fish fry (BIG KUDOS to Huck!) and all the fixings. We had so much food! The rain tryed to spoil our plans, but we just moved everything to the garage and side yard. The boys couldn't stand not having fireworks (illegal within the city limits) so they made a run to the fireworks stand. They put on a good show. Will wasn't sure of it a first but then he warmed up. Summer is here!

We've had a busy first couple of weeks of summer so far. It started last week when we watched Sydney and baby Carson. You guys had so much fun from playing outside, to playing basketball, to playing cards. Then we spent to whole weekend on the go. This week we have gone to the pool a couple of times. You love it. You don't mind going under at all, and we are practicing on the whole kicking thing. "E" says you will be swimming by the end of the summer. We went to a Travs baseball game with Sissy, DoDo, Daddy, and I. You LOVE baseball. You watch like a big boy. We have even taught you to say "Batter, Batter, Swing". You love to eat a hot dog and popcorn during the game. You went to your first movie with "E", Sydney, baby Carson, Molly, and I. The Rave is doing a special kids summer movie reruns. This week was "Over the Hedge". You did very good right up to the very end when you got restless (the movie was 1 1/2 hours long). And then Big Daddy and Grammy or "GeGe" came by to see you on thier way home from Branson yesterday.

We spent last weekend watching all kinds of dogs. Friday we headed down to Warren, AR to the Pink Tomato Festival with "E" Erin, Sissy, Laura, Megan, and Zoey. Zoey was in her very first dog pagent. She did so good and won FIRST PLACE!!! It was VERY hot, but we had fun. Then Sunday while the boys went to Memphis for the golf tourn. we (Sissy, "E" Erin, Ashley, you, and I) went to Hot Springs 'to watch Dub and "Razor" (Anna Carol's cousin) show in the National Water Retriever Dog Competition. Dub and "Razor" finished 12th in the nation. WAY TO GO!!!

18/19 Month- update

You are trying so hard to put a whole sentience together. new words: "go", "papaee" passie, "pees" please, "Abgail" Abigail, "cup". You are starting to count, yes I wrote that right, count to 5!!! At first mommy would say it and then you will repeat me, but now I will say one and you go on to say two, three, four, and five! You are ALWAYS on the go and LOVE to be outside.

Toys:
Mommy and Daddy made you a new play area in the backyard and you LOVE it. Mommy loves laying in her hammock while you play.

Eating/Food:
You love all foods, but are really into milk these days.

Clothes/Diapers:
Same size cloths, but we have moved up to size 4 diapers.

Sleeping:
You sleep very well at night now.

Illnesses:
You allergy meds have been very helpful. All three of us have had a nasty stomach bug the last couple of weeks, but are getting over it.

We traveled down to Star City a couple of weeks ago to go to Anden's birthday party. Anden is Amber and Chad's little boy (mommy went to college with Amber). It was at the local park. You loved it. Trip to Oklahoma and Texas

We went with daddy on a road trip a couple of weeks ago. First we headed over to Oklahoma City then to Dallas. We wanted to go see our family in OK and friends in TX. "coooky" (cookie), "doora" (Dora), "mout" (remote), "carr" (car), "diet cooke" (Diet Coke). You are all over the place, love to be outside, on the go, and love to wrestle with Daddy and Uncle Jarrod.

You're tricycle, slide, or pretty much anything.

Eating/Food:
You are very into cheese, hot dogs, apples, pears, peas, and rasins. You eat VERY well if you can feed yourself.

Clothes/Diapers:
You wear 18m shirts, 12m pants, 18m pj's, and size 5/6 shoes. You wear size 3 diapers.

Sleeping:
You sleep very well at night now.

Illnesses:
We found out last month that you have allergies so bad that we went to the Allergist. They had to do the pin test on your back (They numbered your little back 1-12 and pricked you 12 times with 12 differnt things, while mommy had to hold you down. We had to wait 15 minutes to see what your reaction was to those 12 things and mommy had to keep you from itching your little back during the 15 min.) You did VERY well. We found out that you have 3 allergies. #1 CATS, (You are EXTREMELY allergic to them. The Dr. was worried with the little contact that you've had with cats that you were that allergic. So she said NO CATS, not to even visit where there are cats.
#2 GRASS, All four types of grass she tested for.
#3 DOGS, She wasn't too concered about this one. Just no dogs with lots of pet dander.
SO, you are on Singular in the mornings, Zertec at night, eye drops if you need them, and Benydrel if needed. It has been alot better with the meds and you seem to not itch your eyes so much. We go back to see the Dr. in 2 months. She wanted to do more test then.
Oh- and you just over a cold/upper respitory infection!

New Toys!

You got a couple of neat toys for Easter. A slide from Big Daddy/Grammy, and a ticycle from Papa/Nana. You're grandparents love you VERY much and spoil you rotten! You LOVE your new toys! You love to be outside, and everytime we go outside you either run to the slide or tricycle. You are one active little boy!

We spent this Easter in Texarkana. We went down there Thurs. and had a great dinner w/ Grammy and Big Daddy. You had tacos for the first time and loved them. Friday we spent shopping and then went to dinner w/ the Potts Family. You got to meet Spencer. You both had fun together. Saturday we took you to an Easter Egg hunt at the church. You did good. You were into it for about 5 minutes and then wanted to play on the playground. Sunday we went to church and then lunch at MawMaw and Papa Sangalli's. You had a great weekend and got spoiled quite a bit! Mommy and Daddy got spoiled too (we got to sleep in every morning while Grammy and Big Daddy watched you) thank you Grammy and Big Daddy!

Eating/Food:
You really like peanut butter crackers, raisins, oyster crackers. You LOVE to feed yourself! You are getting good using your fork, but still are very messy with the spoon.

Clothes/Diapers:
You wear 18m shirts, 12m pants, 18m pj's, and size 5 shoes. You wear size 3 diapers.

Sleeping:
You go to sleep around 9:00pm and sleep till 8:30am or so. Sometimes mommy has to wake you up! You still take a 2 hour afternoon nap.

You had a minor outpatient surgery (at Children's Hospital) to repair an Epigastric Hernia that the Dr. Rose found at your year check-up.

You were a great little patient yesterday! For the ones that don't know, you had an epigastic hernia and needed a little surgery. You had it done at Children's Hospital, it was an outpatient surgery so we were able to go home the same day. I have to say that I was VERY impressed with everyone at Children's!!! They were good to both you and Mommy/Daddy. They even let mommy take you into the OR so you wouldn't be scared! Thanks to Dr. Kokoska (your surgeon and good friend of Mommy/Daddy's friend Dr. Mark Smith) and Ms. Seneca(your recovery nurse and friend of our Ashley). You are doing great! You are running around like nothing even happened. Mommy and Daddy love you very much and hope that is the last time you are ever a patient in the hospital again. Thank you to everyone that has called or stopped by and thank you for Will's "prizes".

Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day! We had a great Valentine's Day this year. Last weekend Daddy took me to Nashville for the weekend. We had a wonderful time! We stayed at the wonderful Opryland Gaylord Hotel. We had long conversations over some fabulous dinners, long romantic walks, and Lonestar in a private concert at the Grand Old Opry! Daddy even took me shopping and then surprised me with a massage at the spa. What a weekend! A big thanks to Nana and Papa G for taking care of you all weekend! You love it! You were the center of attention ALL weekend and love spending time with them! Thank you! Then last night Daddy cooked us a great dinner at home and even brought home tulips for Mommy. We made Daddy a big heart cookie cake and Mommy and Daddy got you a Snuggle Puppy book and Puppy (you LOVE dogs right now!) Ashley brought you some balloons- YOU LOVE THEM! You have been running around the house all day with them. We love you baby!

Snow Day

A couple of weeks ago we had a rare thing, a SNOW DAY! You went to bed and it started snowing. The "boys" (Michael, Jarrod and Shane) played in it a midnight! The next morning you woke up to "the white stuff". Daddy made pancakes, you ate them with a fork like a big boy! All morning you stood at the window wanted to go play so bad, so we got dressed and went outside for a little bit. By lunch it was all gone! It was still cold so we built a fort in the living room, you LOVED IT!

Playdate at The Wonderplace

13/14 Months

Just noticed I didn't post an update for your 13 months (oops!!) So here's one for both 13 and 14 months!

Weight: 24 lbs

Height: 32 inches

Movement/Talking:
You talk all the time! New words: Nana, ousie (outside), Papa, Zoe, Ash-ee (Ashley), Carow (Anna Carol), and eee (Erin). You NEVER stop!!! You wear me out!

Toys:
You are really into trucks, cars, and LOVE LOVE LOVE your blocks.

Eating/Food:
You are bottle free!!! You get water, juice, and milk in a sippy cup. You eat really good and great if you feed yourself (still working on the spoon thing).

Clothes/Diapers:
You wear 12-18 months clothes. You wear size 3 diapers.

Sleeping:
You go to sleep around 9:00pm and sleep till 8:30am or so.

Illnesses:
No sickness this month, just those mean ole allergies! You are still teething (getting those "I" teeth- poor baby!).

We had a low key new year's this year. Don't get me wrong we had a great one, just simple. We met up with the gang (Michael/Ashley, Jarrod/Anna Carol, Drew/Erin, and David/Lauren), ate some amazing sushi (Koto, a new place in town) and came back to the house to watch the ball drop and ring in the new year. You had fun even if you didn't see the new year in. We are so blessed to have great friends that we consider family! We love you all, and hope all your wishes come true in 2007!

Christmas Night in Oklahoma

We spent Christmas night with the Williamson side of the family in Oklahoma. You got to play with all your second cousins. Mommy got met baby Evan. We had a great time! You got more presents! Books, Little people- school bus, Little People- Pirate Island, an Emergency Station, clothes, a Firetruck, Little People- Dinos, and a Savings Bond. Thank you everyone!

Christmas with Great Grandmother Underwood

While we were in Oklahoma we went to see g.grandmother. She loves you so much and misses you. We had a great Christmas there. She got you a book about dogs, A teddy bear, and money for your savings. Thank you!

Christmas with the Sangalli's

We went to see the Sangalli side of the family a week or so after Christmas. We had a great time. We saw the Brimer's on Friday night and then the Sangalli's on Saturday night. You got more presents! Mommy's going the have to turn the guest room into your playroom. You got a Little People- dump truck, a Backyardagin's sleeping bag, a talking Pablo (from the Backyardagins), a Backyardagin's blanket, several cartoon DVDs, clothes, bath towels, a Leap Frog game, a pull along caterpillar toy, a frog puppet, a teddy bear, a wagon with blocks, razorback dishes, and razorback shirt. Thank you everyone!

Christmas Eve with the Underwood's

We had a great Chrsitmas Eve with the Underwood's. We went to the Christmas Eve service at church and then came home and Mommy and Daddy cooked dinner (Ham, Green Bean Bundles, Corn Casserole, Potatoes, and Rolls). We ate on Mommy's fancy Christmas china and everything! Papa, Nana, Uncle Kurt, Aunt Jessica, Uncle Jarrod, and Aunt Anna Carol were here too. After we ate we all just hung out. That night we ate some more and then opened up present! You are so spolied! You got a BIG tonka dump truck, some pj's, clothes, Little People- Noah's Ark, and a sax/trupmet horn.

Santa Came!

Santa Came to see you! He brought you so much! He got you a 4-Wheeler, a remote control car, clothes, a play broom and mop (you love mommy's so much), pj's, and a race track. You love it!
